How many small businesses are there in the NYC metro area?  Note that
I am not lookin for the number of small businesses in the NYC MSA
because the MSA does not include places like Newark NJ or Long Island
which are part of the NY Metro.  Roughly, NY Metro should includes all
locations under a 75 mile or so radius from Manhattan.

Small businesses should be defined as 500 or fewer employees, but I am
flexible on this as well.  Chances are that the source will breakdown
the number of companies by company size (number of employees) and that
would be preferable.
