MARCH 2005
Telmore International is the parent company of the easyMobile
operations in the UK and the Netherlands.
Both companies work closely with easyMobile in Germany. TDC Mobile
International owns 80% of Telmore International
In March 2005, Telmore International launched easy- Mobile UK, the
first mobile operator under the easy
brand. In the fourth quarter of 2005, easyMobile was launched in
Germany and the Netherlands.
JUNE 2005
A press release from 4th August 2005 states: ... By the end of June
the company passed the 15,000 customer mark ... "

NOVEMBER 2005
On a conference call with analysts in November, the CEO stated earlier
that TDC A/S's (TLD) U.K. unit Easymobile added just 8,000 new
subscribers in the third quarter of 2005 (due to problems with
charging credit cards.
FEBRUARY 2006
A Reuters article from 22 February 2006 quoted Dyremose (TDC's CEO) as saying:
"With the current number of customers, none of the three countries is
a success. I cannot guarantee it will ever be a success, but I can
guarantee that if we close it down it will not have cost us a lot"
TDC -- which is currently being taken over by Nordic Telephone Company
(NTC), a group of private equity investors -- said easyMobile had
around 33,000 mobile customers in total in the three countries
