I am considering acquiring a large (10,000 hours) library of video content and making it available online. The current format of the content will range from reel to VHS to BETA to digital. (The content will be from the 1950's through today). Is MPEG4 the best format to make available content available online? Are there services that will do this? Is it more cost effective to do this myself? What will it cost? Are there resources online I can read? | |
