I need to synchronize my Outlook Contacts and Sub Folders of Contacts
to my Blackberry 7100i. I have installed the Blackberry Desktop
software and have synched the contacts, etc. I can not get it to synch
the sub folders. How do I do that?

Here is the answer your looking for.  I just did to my own blackberry
4 minutes ago:

Open desktop manager, double click Intellisync.

Click configure PIM

Highlight PIM application (calendar, tasks ect.) and click Choose.

Now click Browse at the bottom.

find and select your sub folder and add it or remove the default
folder then re add it back it should ask you if you want to include
subfolders.
