I am studing to become a photographer and would like to sell some of
my photos online. Although I have taken around 9,000 photos that I
have stored in my
library, I only feel that about 60 are of a professional quality. A
majority of them are landscaping and maybe a few of a female model.
Of doing some research of my own I found this link here:
http://www.dphotojournal.com/sell-photos-online/
Which was somewhat useful, but doesn't really tell me which one would
be the best, or which one generated the most amount of money.
Basically here is what I'm looking for:
Preferably something that wouldn't cost me anything to begin, unless I
can generate some profit from the small amount of photos I have to
start with.
One that would generate the most amount of money and hits for the
small amount of photos I currently have to upload.
Can be for landscape photography only, but I may later want the option
to upload those of people, which I would have their permission, non of
them are nudes.
Most of the photos are 6mp taken from my Minolta 5D DSLR, some have
been touched up in photoshop to enhance sharpness, color balance, etc,
while a few others I have added special affects to. I believe there
isn't a photo that is under 4mp.

I appreciate your feedback pinkfreud, but I'm not quite sure this is
what I'm looking for. If I could find a detailed review about it
somewhere, it might be helpful, but it doesn't look very promissing to
me. It would help if it said how many times an image has been
downloaded so I might have an idea. I see that they do a number of
things aside from just images, which I may use their service for in
the future, but currently I'm only interested in selling images.
I tried searching for reviews of this website, but most of what I
would find are reviews of books and maybe some reviews from amazon
that were not really detailed.
Thanks again pinkfreud, if I could find some kind of review showing
how much traffic and downloads my images would get I may consider it,
or I may just decide to try it out if I have time.
