My iPod lists contacts multiple times even though they are only listed
once in Outlook. How can I either manually fix this on the ipod or
find where it's pulling the extra addresses?

The Extra addresses will be coming from such IM Programs as MSN, Yahoo
or ICQ, Not really much of a way to fix this but to delete yourself as
this is default with windows and would add them to your ipod

Sorry for my bad english. But i'will try. You have to use your iPod as
a harddisk. And then you have to open the explorer and open the ipod
folder. It could be (E:) or (F:) and so on. Then you see the "normal"
ipod structure and open the folder contacts and there are your
contacts listed. Now you can delete the contacts you donot want. kind
