What are the major drivers of the traffic paint industry? And what are
their current and projected levels?  Drivers would be anything that
affect business for the traffic paint industry(New road construction
etc). Traffic Paint is the paint used on highways/roads for traffic
lines. Traffic paint is also used for commercial purposes (malls,
parking lots, athletic fields etc) These applications should also be
considered as well as the highway/road application. So most
importantly I would like projections of size for the traffic paint
industry, through projections of size for its drivers.  I will tip
double the price for a sufficient answer given by 12 noon EST Feb 28th.
