I am ready to change Jobs .I have infact got through the 2nd Biggest
software company in the world .How ever I have heard and seen that
this company just fires people( cost cutting ,Blah blah ) .This is
really making me think if I
should join this place though I do realize that It will do wonders on
my resume but ,But the peace of mind is the question ? I am pretty much
comfortable with the Job I am in right now but I am just leaving it
for the sole fact that I have been in this compnay for too long and I
dont see any growth and My knowladge seems to have reached stagnation
? FYI I am in Sales .Any help will be appricated .Thanks

the way i see it you have it better than some people
the best thing to do is setup another job first but before you go talk
to your boss and say i want this or im going to quit and if they say
no then take the other job
you say you have been in this compnay for too long so if you want a
change then go for it what have you got to lose
(make sure you have the other job lined up first)
