I live in frigid NH and my body can't take the cold any more. Where
is the best city in the US (or the world for that matter), or the top
three to live in where it is 1. very WARM and sunny year round (low
hurricane probability would be a plus) 2. within a 30 minute drive to
a beach/ocean that allows dogs or is at least dog-friendly during
certain hours 3. I can get a 2-bedroom home or condo for $250,000 4.
The cost of living is reasonable 5. there are job opportunities for
new age holistic healing spiritual modalities or wellness centers
(reiki and hypnotherapy); meaning they are forward thinking eastern
philosophy minded. The numbers indicate most important to least
important aspects.

Houston would be a possibility, although there is a chance of
hurricanes as it sits on the Gulf Coast. But the Houston area is a
little more inalnd than say New Orleans.
The downside is the smog in that city is pretty thick.

Consider Orlando,Tallahassee or Gainseville Fla. or the Carolina's.
The California coast is prohibitively expensive.

West coast of Puerto Rico-- Cabo Rojo, Combate, Boqueron, around to La
Parguera. If you can add a bit of a psychic schtick to your repertoire
you can go into biz for yourself.

http://bestplaces.net/ has ratings for American cities. The book Cities
Ranked and Rated should be in you library and contains the same
information as the website but includes Canadian cities.
