Hi. I'm looking to hire someone who can help me find a suitable
apartment or house for rent in Vancouver, Canada. I understand that
there are people who will charge a fee up front, and on completion,
for such a service. It's a lot of work to do all this research
yourself!

Hi daft,

How's this?

Canadian Homes 4Rent
"Moving to the Lower Mainland of British Columbia? Let us save you
money, time and effort. You do not need to make a special trip to
Vancouver to find a place to live. That can be very expensive and time
consuming. We have specialists who assist people everyday, they know
the market, they have the connections and they work with you to find
the right place to live. We have a database that includes a large
number of places that are not advertised.
Once we have your needs mapped out, we can narrow down the list of
suitable suites/houses and send you a digital virtual tour. If you
like a place, we present your application, references and damage
deposit. We coordinate everything and send your confirmation."

Will look forward to your reply,

Hummer,
That is the kind of service that I'm interested in, though last time I
did a search I found a couple of others with websites with a more
friendly feel to them. If you can pull together a list of a couple
more that would be very useful and appreciated!

Thanks,
daft
