What are the cheapest IDX services that are available for real estate
agents?  I am trying to integrate and IDX system with my website.  My
MLS (the Monmouth county MLS in New Jersey) uses FTP forwarding to send out the
data, so it seems like that should not be a problem.

There are some IDX systems out there that use frames and actually have
a page load onto a page that is ran by the IDX company - and not on
the agent's hosting space.  That is absolutely what I don't want.  I
want an IDX system that is uploaded onto my webhosting space and that
is completely customizable (through css or html or whatever).

As far as pricing goes, there are many sites that charge a setup fee
and a monthly fee.  These rates are surprisingly varied, with some
being $20 a month and others being $2000 to setup and $69 a month to
maintain.  I do not want a website by this company; I already have my
own.  I want the information to be taken from the MLS and ftp
forwarded onto my webspace so that people can search for properties
from my website (preferably without even knowing that they are using a
service from another company).

Because each system has different features, styles, and prices, I
would like to see 5 systems that fit into my criteria.
