'Curriculum vitae' is already Latin. You need only add 'illustratum'
as the translation of 'illustrated'.

'Curriculum vitae illustratum.'

Could someone confirm that the last comment is correct?

Using the dictionary at http://www.perseus.tufts.edu/ illustratum
appears to mean illustrious, not illustrated. Illustratmentum, meaning
embellished might work however. I still need confirmation.

G@@gle on "ilustratum".
You will find references to lots of illustrated Latin texts. the third
one is an illustrated New Testament:

Novum testamentum, illustratum insignium rerum simulachris ...
The first fully illustrated Paris edition of the New Testament to be
illustrated in the Renaissance style, inspired by the artists of South
Germany.

I think that this demonstrates that 'illustratum' is the usual Latin
word for 'illustrated'. It has several other meanings, but so do the
alternatives. Dr Smith's Latin dictionary tells us that 'illustro can
mean either 'lit up', or figuratively, 'made clear', 'elucidated',
'ilustrated'; or made famous. the context makes the sense clear.
