Hello, I would like 10 recorded telephone calls to Sprint and T-Mobile
sales desk: 1-800-SPRINT1; 1-800-T-MOBILE. Calls should be from
perspective of potential new customer, and include questions on 1)
quality of the network /
coverage, and 2) pricing plans. Recording should start when dialling,
i.e. include wait time. Call can conclude once customer service has
given some information on network and pricing.
