I'm a cornell grad student.  I've looked into this article and it
seems impossible to obtain.  You see, Ittihad is an Iraqi newspaper so
its original publication language is arabic.  There are networked
English translations of the newspaper but they don't begin until 1999.
 You won't find this article randomly floating on the web.
