i have a commercial lease. " after commencement of the term of this
lease, lesee agrees to be responsible for all repairs whether they are
electrical,carpentry or plumbing...." the hot water heater broke and i
replaced it. now the landord says i'm responsible for plumbing. is
replacing the water heater a plumbing problem?
