Is it possible to connect two SCSI controller cards together?

To connect them together? I don't think so.

To add hard drive to multiple controllers? Absolutely.

Yes you can connect 2 SCSI controller card together. Make sure your
mother board has 2 slots for it. You also get single card with 2 SCSI
port on it. THis may also work for you
