This question refers to an aneurysm in the brain.  The question is: is
it better to have an operation i.e. through the skull or to have the
coiling technique.
The aneurysm is a 6-8 mm. basilar tip aneurysm.  It is located at the
back of the brain and supplies the brain stem occipital lobe and
cerbellum.
The person is a 48 year old male who also has Parkinson's Disease. 
Otherwise, he is in good health.
