There is some information here that may be helpful:

Please keep in mind that overindulgence in alcohol on a regular basis
can result in permanent damage, inside and out, for which there is no
"fix." As one who has "been there and done that," I recommend
prevention of hangover-related woes rather than surface cover-ups. A
good twelve-step program can be the beauty tip of a lifetime.

Hi La_Ricker,

I can't say that I have the right to preach to you, because - hey,
everyone gets drunk once and awhile - and I have some good tips to
share:

1. Before going to bed the night before, ALWAYS drink a glass or two
of water, and eat carbohydrates. Tacos (Taco Bell is open late),
Pizza, or Pasta all work very well. I promise you definitely will not
FEEL hungover in the morning.

2. Now onto the aesthetic part - how you look. For puffy eyes, there
are two tried and true methods. First, you can take 2 tea bags, pop
them into the microwave for 30 seconds, and place them over your eyes.
Secondly, I know it sounds funny, but hemorrhoid cream works wonders
at getting rid of the little baggies. Ever seen Ms. Congeniality?
This tip is mentioned in this movie as well.

3. Continue to drink lots and lots of water when you wake up. Drinking
makes you very dehydrated, and drinking will unchap your lips, get rid
of cottonmouth, and restore that natural glow to your skin.

4. Take some sort of B vitamin, both before you go to bed & when you
wake up. I've heard this before, the reasons why are mentioned here:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/h2g2/A389054

5. As far as the skin - usually the best thing is to wash your face
first with warm/hot water, and then with cold water. The warm water
opens the pores & you can then clean out anything, and then the cold
water makes the pores close and relax. Also, a face mask also helps
(anything with oatmeal, cucumber, avocado). And, if all else fails -
find a good foundation/concealer!
Here are some product selections, cheap & they work well:

concealer: Cover Girl Clean Makeup, around $3-$5 in drug/grocery
stores. http://www.covergirl.com/cgcollection/face/foundation/clean1.jhtml

clay mask: Freeman Beautiful Skin Avocado & Oatmeal Mineral Clay
Mask, $1-$3

Hope this was of help to you (please let me know if it was), and let
me know if you need any clarification or other information!

Good Luck! :)

First -
A good lipstick can work wonders to brighten your face. Certain
lipstick colors will optically 'cancel' out blue or gray pigment in
the face. This is, of course, assuming that you are a woman.

There is a line of concealers that I particularly recommend because
they work magnificently. The brand is called Physician's Formula, and
they are available at drugstores very cheap. They make a yellow-tone
concealer for covering up gray or blue tones (such as undereye
circles, saggy overall skin appearance), green-tone concealer for
spot-treating red marks, a beige "total" concealer to hide small
imperfections of all kinds, and a number of brighteners for the face
that will restore your glow. Give them a try
