My husband is an Orthopaedic Surgeon specializing in Sports Medicine
in New York City.  I think the right PR person/firm will take his
career to another level.  From the preliminary research I have done,
many of the firms listed on the web handle large healthcare
corporations rather than individuals. I'd like to find a firm which
has a track record and has proven results with individuals.

I need a firm that is good at handling individuals. For example if a
baseball player has a shoulder injury and news outlets need a doctor
for some answers, my husband, through a pr firm, maybe the one they
chose to speak about the issue at hand for a newpaper or tv news
broadcast. I think getting his name in print more may halp his career
in terms of getting more patients.  I'd like to increase his
visibilty. We are based in New York City.  A list of all the PR firms
really does not help me at all.  I really need to find a firm in New
York City who is great at handling individual doctors who want more
patients.

individuals. It's hard to come by unless you want to spend $5k+ per
month. After many referrals and working with a few companies, I
finally found Jeff Pike of Business Writing Services. I wouldn't
