I would like a list of companies that pay for and or subsidize their
employees who join health clubs.  I would like first a list of San
Diego companies, then California companies, then nationwide companies.
 Telephone numbers and contact person would be great also!  Thanks, I
am trying to apply for a job as a corporate sales rep for a health
club and I would like to come to an interview armed with some great
information.  My funds are limited so I hope what I offer will be
