I'm trying to get a gauge of what it costs to run a motor coach, tour
bus, or charter bus.  Specifically, I'm tring to figure out what to
expect in maintenance and repair costs per mile, fuel costs or fuel
efficiency, and even total operating costs per mile.  Are there any
published industry standards that I could use to estimate or set as a
benchmark?  Has anyone complied a list of companies within the
industry and compared/ranked each company's costs?  Do these studies
take into consideration the amount of miles traveled so that I could
see what economies of scale could be expected?  What about industry
standards for insurance costs, payroll, legal liabilities, and
marketing/advertising budgets?
