1)In the Bible did all the Pharisees have to be married?
2)In the Book of Acts was Paul married and what happened to his wife?

the bible does hint at Paul being married but no one has been certain.
i have no idea about the other question.  anything else you need to
know?

In response to your question no. 
1) Neither the Bible nor the Talmud specifically mentioned that a
Pharisee had to be married. For an excellant discussion on a related
topic (i.e was it possible for Jesus to be a Jew and yet remain

1) As far as I know, the bible doesn't mention any requirement about
pharisees having to be married.

2) Paul was NOT married.  

1 corinthians 7:8-9, the apostle paul says:
[KJV]
8 I say therefore to the unmarried and widows, It is good for them if
they abide even as I.
9 But if they cannot contain, let them marry: for it is better to
marry than to burn.

Paul may have been a widower.
