I once saw a program that you can save pre written emails in it, and
when answering customers emails, for those genetic inquiries, like
where is my order and etc. you can just past in a quick answer from
it, it's sort of like a side toold bar.

I am looking to find that program, please direct me to my options.

Also, please note, I answer emails from gmail directly. no outlook for me.

thanks

Hi joyland,

I use QuickPhrase 1.7 (freeware), you can save up to 100 phrases (or
whatever) and easily paste them into any email or anywhere. I've used
QuickPhrase for years and have been very happy with it.

TypingMaster's QuickPhrase 1.7

I also use Thunderbird email and added the extension Quicktext, which
is similar to QuickPhrase but only works within Thunderbird.

QuickText

Please let me know if QuickPhrase hits the spot.

I use Micorsoft products, Outlook and Word as my e-mail editor.
If using word you can create and use Auto Correct features.

Example- Type WIMO (for where is my order) and then make an auto
correction, your auto correction can be a phrase, I even have auto
corrections that are hyperlinks.

Open and e-mail sent to you, you resopond by typing WIMO, auto correct
will kick in and enter the phrase or paragraph you entered for WIMO.

Hope this helps. Not fance but easy to use. Gotta keep a cheat sheet
of your auto correct abbreviations though :) :)
