I answered the question as asked and I also did my best to answer your follow up question for specific countries. Then following explanation by my fellow researcher Easterangel-ga echoes my thoughts: ?Please understand and take into consideration that Google Answers Researchers work on the premise of the original question. Since no countries were indicated there, we can only assume that we should find as much as many companies for different countries. The clarification for specific countries (although not originally mentioned) were accomodated as well but those are the only things I could find of real value.
