I have this really annoying pop-up which I would love to get rid of.
It floats over everything and keeps coming back no matter how often
you close it. If you use it, it bring you to tinybar.com.

Hi bytebak-ga,

You are far from the only one who has had problems with Tinybar.com,
and there are multiple ways to disable the window that keeps
appearing.

As a start, try the following:

BLOCKING THE SITE FROM INTERNET EXPLORER

1. Go to the "Tools" Menu
2. Choose "Internet Options"
3. Choose the "Security" Tab
4. Click "Restricted Sites"
5. Click the "Sites" button
6. Enter tinybar.com in the space provided
7. Click "Add"
8. Click "OK" then "OK" Again

If this does not work, try the following:

REMOVING TINYBAR FROM THE REGISTRY

1. Click "Start"
2. Choose "Run"
3. Type "regedit" (without the quotes) in the box and press ENTER or
click "OK"
4. Open "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE" then "Software" then "Microsoft" then
"Internet Explorer" then "Search"
5. Click "Search Assistant"
6. Press "Delete" on the keyboard and confirm the deletion when asked
to
7. Go back to the “Microsoft” directory, and choose "Windows" this
time
8. Choose "Current Version" and then "Run"
9. Delete "import sp.reg"
10. Close regedit
11. Click "Start" then go to "Run" and type in C:\Windows (or C:\WINNT
if you are using Windows NT, 2000, or XP)
12. Find sp.reg and delete it
