In 300 words or less, what's the difference (financial pros and cons)
*to me* between an S-corporation, a Professsional Association, and a
PLLC in California? I'm a physician who be making most of my income
from contracting with one hospital. I plan on not having any
professional partners. I'm single, plan on buying my first house this
year, and will put most of my money in stocks. Tip if answer is in
200 words or less.
