I want to find bargain properties in Australia in New South Whales
that require renovation in good areas that will give good capital
gain.  And is there a web site that I can find these properties.

You have set a serious price on your question, so I hope you won't be
upset by a free comment (not an "answer") that raises a few questions.

Do you live in NSW?  Do you have experience in real estate investment
of the kind you are asking about:  bargains to be renovated?  Have you
looked at real estate websites for the area?  (I ask because if you
lived in the area, you probably wouldn't be asking here.)

You are asking for what almost everyone wants, a bargain that can be
improved, but from my look at the websites, this is not what the
agents are showing.  Those places  - if they exist -  are probably to
be found in the local papers and have to be inspected by a buyer who
knows construction and the market.
