Actually, I sent this yesterday, but was wondering if you received it
as I have not yet had a reply. I should so appreciate your help!
"Das Mehrfamilienhaus enthält vier Wohnungen, die in den beiden
Haushälften um ein Geschoss gegeneinander verschoben angeordnet sind.
Die eine Hausseite hat - um eine höhere Ausnütznung zu erreichen - ein
Satteldach, die andere schliesst sich mit offenen Dachterrassen ab."

Dear leander1,

This is a bit strange since I answered the question yesterday; it also
shows up in my list of completed assignments. Maybe this is a
technical glitch of some sort. Just to be on the safe side, here is
your translation:

The multifamily residence comprises four apartments which are arranged
staggered against each other by one storey in both halfs of the house.
In order to achieve maximised utilisation, one half has a saddleback
roof, while the other features open roof-decks.
