Jam369, You have done the right thing - put his name in the subject box. If Hagen-ga is online he will see this question. You could now add a clarification with your actual question and increase the price appropriately. Other Researchers won't handle a question directed to specific Researcher unless he or she bows out. |

If you post a clarification request on your earlier question that was answered by hagan-ga, the Researcher will receive an automatic email from GA. That's probably the best way to attract a Researcher's attention. Note that the automatic email is not generated when remarks are posted in the "Comments" section, but only when a Request for Clarification is issued by the customer. |
