How would I go about contacting researcher hagan-ga with a follow up
question that I had asked in January it was answered by hagan-ga last
updated pst on Jan 13,2006?

I have sent out the Prliminary Lien Notice due to non payment of rents
for a storage unit.

After receiving the notice the Tenant sent a partial payment, but did
not pay the balance owing in full.  I did accept the money but since I
still have not received the rest of the money that is owed can I still
proceed with the action.

One last question, Can the rent still to be charged each month to the
unit while this process is going forward?

Hello Jam!
Sorry I hadn't seen this before now.  The short answer is No, you
can't proceed with the original lien sale now that you've accepted
partial payment.  The reason is that your lien notice has to specify
the exact amount due.  Now that the amount due has changed, you have
to start over.

For the second half of your question, about continuing rent -- have
you changed the locks and denied the tenant access?

You have done the right thing  - put his name in the subject box.  If
Hagen-ga is online he will see this question.  You could now add a
clarification with your actual question and increase the price
appropriately.  Other Researchers won't handle a question directed to
specific Researcher unless he or she bows out.

If you post a clarification request on your earlier question that was
answered by hagan-ga, the Researcher will receive an automatic email
from GA. That's probably the best way to attract a Researcher's
attention. Note that the automatic email is not generated when remarks
are posted in the "Comments" section, but only when a Request for
Clarification is issued by the customer.
