i want to start my own powerleveling business.  This is a business
where americans & europeans play online games but are too lazy to
spend 1000 hours playing the game to get high level characters.  So
they go to a "powerleveling" site and pay 300.00 or so to have their
character leveled.

Powerleveling companies simply consist of a few "managers" that have
several contacts, or workers who live in China.  These workers in
China get paid about 200.00 a month to play games 12 hours a day.  For
them, the wages are very decent and the job is fun.  For the
americans, its a nice way to have your character leveled.

I want to start a powerleveling business, but I need chinese workers. 
I know there are millions of teenagers in China that would be willing
to get paid, but I have no idea how to find them.

On this great internet of ours, where can I go to get in touch with
English speaking chinese young people who LIVE IN CHINA?  I need to
get 'networked'.  Once I'm networked with english speaking chinese
young people living in China, it will be a lot easier to find willing
workers.

agent?  All I need then is to find one person and hire him to do my
recruiting.  But I have no idea how to find a Chinese liason/agent or
