If I no longer use aol as my ISP. How can I open the aol PFCs?

You still have to have your AOL account for the first 2 links to be relevant.

The 3rd link is to software that will pull URLs from PFC files (not
emails, addresses etc)....Hopefully that is all this person needs...

If you need to preserve emails etc you will likely need to pay a fee:
