Which countries in the OECD have Cellsite Co-location, Mobile Number
Portability (MNP) and National Roaming and on what dates were each
implemented?  For roaming, a date when Roaming became regulated and a
second date for when the first roaming deal was agreed would be great.
 Answers in table format with columns showing Country then MNP,
Co-location, Regulated Roaming, Roaming deal and dates beneath would
be excellent!  This should be easy enough to answer, I just don't have
the time.  Any queries, please feel free to ask.
