Hi, I'm still ready to help with detailed suggestions but I don't know
your general location, what sort of interests you have, or what your
educational level is so I can't be very specific.

At least let me know what country you are located in and what your
highest grade level completed or any degree(s).

Don't provide too much personal detail, but the city and your age
might also be helpful.

I understand why you may not be experiencing growth in your current
field as a transcriptionist and your question contains numerous typos,
and spelling and grammatical errors.

On the other hand, I understand that English may not be your first language.

Have you considered starting your own transcription business?

That can often lead to big things and you could probably begin with
your current employer as a client.

Otherwise, you should consider looking for programming work online.

Without more information about your location, experience, goals, etc.
I can't offer much more.

Well, genius, I suggest that it isn't irrelevant if they are
transcribing in Spanish, French, German, or any of a hundred other
languages.

People tend to forget that this service is available in most countries
and that we are here to offer answers.
