I would like to have two printer icons on my Word toolbar that both
direct to the same printer. One icon would print to tray 1 and the
second icon would print to tray 2. How does one do this (if it's possible)?

Hi rmintzer,

Here you go -

Daily Fix Archive:
Scroll down to "Limit Printing Choices To Avoid Printing Errors" and
follow the directions (it's about 3/4 of the way down the page).

Hi rmintzer,

I'm sorry, I seem to have completely forgotten that you wanted the
printer button in Word. After you have the Tray 1 and Tray 2 printers
added to your computer, you can add a printer button to your Word
toolbar which will display the drop down menu for choosing which
printer to use.

Select Tools / Customize / Commands
In the left column choose: File
In the right column scroll down to the "Printer..." icon (it is very
important that you choose that one and not "Printer") and click, drag,
and drop it onto your toolbar.

With your new button, you will be able to choose which printer to use.
To rename it and/or "Change Button Image", open up your customize
command box again and right click on your new button in the toolbar.

I'm sorry for my slow wits yesterday! I hope this will work for you,
please let me know if you have any questions.
