I need the latest (2005) data on video game market size by genre and
including growth rates relative to previous periods.  I see that there
is a question/answer sequence in Answer already but from mid-2005. 
I'd like more recent data if available.

 The context is this:  I need to segment the PC/console games market
to evaluate the most attractive target market segment for a new game
development/distribution platform.

In addition to the basic genres, I'm also interested in the size and
growth rate of MMOPRG (again, latest data preferably from 2005)
