I'm looking for two things: 1) any new cases, news stories, legal
developments, anything in the uncovering of information related to Dr.
Roger Hatcher's biased custody evaluations regardless of the facts
presented to him. And 2) How can I get in touch with other victims of
Dr. Hatcher who have lost their children or are on the brink and
struggling to collect info to discredit him in court? I've found so

I was looking for as much info on Dr. Hatcher back in September as I
could find because he was chosen (by my judge in Kankakee Co.) to
evaluate my family and write a recommendation for custody.  My ex was
pursuing custody of the kids and the guardian appointed to my case was
jaded so we went for the $6000+ situation.

Now being a Mom and having been at home the whole time with my kids, I
was scared to death and had I read these entries before my hearing I
would have been petrified!

However, Dr. Hatcher's eval was so DEAD on!  It was as if he had been
living in my abusive home with the whole family!  He pegged my
(abusive) ex, myself and even got the kids right on the money!  He
could see right through the lies my ex told and even hit some of my
not-so-good points, but they were still points about me he could see.

He did some clinical tests (written) and they told more of a story
than I think either of us could.  But as a woman I was very content
with the evaluation handed down by Dr. Hatcher.  I did not see any
bias towards the "male" side.

I hope the evaluation was accurate and not a result of trying to gain
favor with the people who say he is bias and chooses the Dad's side
every time.

I hope everythig works out for everyone else and the kids.  The kids
are really the ones who count and it's hard when they (courts,
attorneys, evaluators, etc) put big $6000+ price tags on the kids'
heads!
