How do you specifically contact any of these celebrities:

1Jessica Simpson
2 Paris Hilton 
3 Rachel Hunter 
4 Britney Spears
5 Madonna

 to endorse a product and provide a picture with the product  for
reasonable price. I
know at the Oscars they give away free goody bags, but who would you
contact if you wanted to give away a product to a celebrity?
