Text, as seen on MS Word is somewhat jagged, as if the anti-aliasing setting is off or something. This occurs with other apps as well. Recently I changed graphics cards and now run two monitors, although I'm not sure if the text appeanance changed at the same time the card was changed. I run Windows XP. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks, Patrice |

define jagging.. also, certain Graphic cards are motherboard specific, and your using 2 monitors which differ response times to the card..try using one monitor at a time and see if the problem persists on each one differently? |

It's very easy... go to control panel, display effects and then enable "Smooth Edges of screen fonts". If you are using XP you can always turn on cleartype anti-aliasing! There we go! Jonathan |

Check your screen DPI. Control Panel -> Display -> Settings -> Advanced -> DPI Setting. 96 is normal. 120 can cause jagged fonts and images. |

Thanks Jonathan, that solved the problem. The DPI setting was already 96 jubal, but thanks anyway. Thanks to others also. Patrice |
