1. How big are the US and UK adult language education markets?  I am
trying to understand the £ and $ spent on adult language learning in
the US and UK.

2.  How does this break down for the top 10 or major languages
studied?  In other words, what % is English as a second language vs
French vs Japanese vs other major languages?  I am not looking for
every language, just trying to understand what compromises the major
areas of study.
