I want use "java script"programming language to simulate planetary
motion by give initial velocity , initial angle and the distance
between sun and planet(even can set many planetary in the same time).
The situation I can't make is :
 1'when the planetary motion may be an ellipse orbit or to hit the
sun.
2'when the planetary motion with an ellipse orbit.Accordingto"Kepler's
planetary motion law" will have the following condition.
(a)planet will motion in the same square within the same time.
 (b)the velocity will be difference when the distance far and near the
sun.
(c) [radiue square] to divide [period cube] =constant
 please help me .

What problem are you trying to solve?  Do you understand the math and
need Javascript that will implement it?  Do you understand Javascript
and need help with the math background?  Do you need to own the
Javascript?  Do you need to be able to use it freely, regardless of
ownership?  Would a page providing a Javascript demo but prohibiting
other use of the script itself be acceptable?

maybe i can understand the math with the javascript.
i can set the planetary with an ellipse orbit initial.
but i want to know if a planet come to the solar system will be an
ellipse orbit or hit the sun.so i ask this question want to simulate
palnetary motion

and planet.

I think we're having trouble with this because your queston falls
outside the scope of Kepler's laws....  Kepler assumes that an orbit
is stable-- and with his formulas you can probably find an orbit for
any set of "initial velocity", "initial angle" and "distance between
sun and planet" that will never hit the sun.

so i guess the question is,
would you like us to go ahead an toss "mass" in the equation, and try
to use Newton's laws of motion?
or do you just want a simulation of Kepler's laws without all the
complications?

this is the problem that i cant solve.because we must use netwon's law
to solve this question, but i dont know how to do,i only know if some
planet motion in long orbit , we can set it look like toss to the sun
, but i believe it will obey kepler's law in final(if the planet did
not hit the sun)just like the halley comet.
because this question is complex,so i just want to set it only effect
by the sun's gravity.

Newton's laws rather than Kepler's?

Again, what do you need this for?  Will you need a solution free from
restrictions such as copyright or ownership?  Are you interested in
'having' the solution, or just in seeing it in action?  What I mean
is, if there is a Java applet online demonstrating planetary motion,
are you interested in it?

i just want to know about kepler's law, but if it can use netwon's law to
explain  kepler's law is perfect.

apologies if you consider this off-topic: but have you seen Celestia
at http://www.shatters.net/celestia/ ? "Celestia is a free real-time
space simulation that lets you experience our universe in three
dimensions". Just stumbled across it myself, and it's an awesome
program :)
