I am looking for a condo or townhouse for $80,00 on Florida's Gulf
Coast.  I know nothing about the areas to specify, but I found that
Fort Walton, once touted as "the cheapest place to live in Florida" is
no longer that and is out of my price range.  I want two bedrooms, 2
baths, balcony, about one mile to the beach, small dog (terrier)
allowed.  Would love a fireplace but realize this may be asking too
much (hey, it's my dream, why not ask).  It's all asking too much,
isn't it?  But I was encouraged by answers to Crickets's qustions in
