I am looking for the names of research companies who provide data on
the Live Music Industry. The questions I am trying to answer include:

* Correct 'name' for this vertical part of the entertainment industry
* Quantitative data on top geographical locations for live music (SF
vs. Austin vs. Tokyo)
* Music popularity data (jazz vs. rock vs. ??) by location/customer segment, etc.
* Customer demographics
* Metrics around successful live music venues (yearly
revenue/expenses, food/beverage sales, music revenue, etc.)

I am looking for either sources on-line for this information, or the
names of industry sources for this type of data.
