Is there a way to cleanly split a digital signal from a digital cable box so that it services more than one TV? |

Contact you satellite provider. You may have to pay more, but at least you won't be a crook. |

Really, Horatio, you can expect any Cable or Satellite user to take out separate subscriptions to support for every tv set in the house! It's Kismet. |
