As one of the oldest and best-known names in software reselling in the
UK, we seek information regarding companies here in the UK that
specialise in selling small/medium enterprises and who would help us
to find a suitable buyer for the business. We want the company to be
offered to potential purchasers both in the UK and the USA. The
company has been established for 20 years, has a current turnover of
approx $4m, substantial profits, just 2 staff, no marketing spend and
virtually no overheads. Once again, ideally we want to deal with a
company that specialises in selling IT companies.

Hello there,

Are you referring to an investment bank? If you're interested, I have
already found a couple of large players in the UK market. I can
provide you with the names and URLs along with a description of the
specific service they provide.

Would that qualify as a suitable answer?

Cheers,
answerguru-ga

Thank you but I don't think we're big enough to warrant the attention
of an Investment Bank. I need companies that specialise in the buying
and selling of businesses within the IT sector.
