I am a real estate agent in Colorado and have access to the county records over the internet. I can download the database to my laptop in a zip file, unzip the file and open with Microsoft Access. Unfortunately the last couple of months I have not been able to open this file. I keep receiving a window stating this problem. Microsoft Access cannot open this file. This file is located outside your intranet or on an untrusted site. Access will not open the file due to potential security problems. To open the file, copy it to your machine or an accessible network location. My question is, What does this all mean? I was able to open this before but now am unable, any solutions? | |

hello bubbles1234wally, it seems you were attempting to open the file that were saved into shared place. try to download the file into your computer instead access it directly from your MS Access, the open from the file that has been saved into your computer. or go to this link http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=303650 see if this solve your problem.
