I am writing a novel about espionage in the early Space Race in the
1940's through the 1950's.  I need a listing of primary sources that
deal with the formation of the US Space Program, specifically on how
it relates to to formulation of US Foreign Policy in that time period
as a counter against the USSR and the Cold War in general.  Secondary
sources are okay too, as long as they are backed by primary sources
that I can trace and document.

I will tip very well for a complete answer with solid sources, as any
other information found that is pertaining and surronding this topic
is encouraged to be shown.  If needed, I will also up the price if
