Howdy jnadel-ga,
You have a pretty straight forward connection for what you outline.
The Numark iDJ Mixing Console has 2 stereo line inputs for either turntables
and/or CD players. Each of the inputs have a phono/line switch, so you can
use any combination of 2 CD players and/or turntables that you want.
You can hook up 2 of the Denon DN-S1000 "Table Top CD Players" to the above
mixing console via 2 stereo RCA cables. More on where to buy these cables
is later in this answer, as you will need a third RCA "dual" cable.
The package you reference includes the following, plus cables:
[1]One Numark CDN-25 Dual CD Player
[1]One Gemsound SMX-1500 mixer
[1]One Technical HiFi LZ-2000 amplifier
[2]Two Gemsound 2155 Dual 15" speakers
You will want to hook up the Denon DN-S1000 CD players to the Numark iDJ
Mixing Console, each one using an RCA stereo cable. This will be done with
the "Line Out" connectors of the CD players and the "Channel 1 RCA Inputs"
and the "Channel 2 RCA Inputs" of the mixing console.
You will then want to connect the Numark iDJ unit to the Gemsound SMX-1500
mixer with another RCA stereo cable. This will go from the "RCA Master
Output" on the Numark iDJ mixer to one of the line inputs of the Gemsound
mixer.
As for the RCA cable, you can pick them up most anywhere, such as a retail
store such as Best Buy, etc. or if you were going to buy the Denon DN-S1000
from the TopDJGear.com website, you can buy them there as well.
http://www.topdjgear.com/rcacables.html
Any of the "dual" RCA cable listed on the above page will do the job, but
I buy gold plated RCA cables to help prevent corrosion.
http://www.topdjgear.com/tdjg-hosa-14-8-231.html
You will need three "sets" of RCA cables and you will want to make sure to
get ones that are long enough to reach from one mixer to the other.
I might point out that with the iDj mixing console, 2 of the Denon CD
players and 2 iPods, the package you reference might be overkill.
With "just" the iDJ, Denon CD players and iPods, you only need an amplifier
and speakers to have a basic system to DJ. The 123dj.com wbsite has all
sorts of "PA System Packages" that would work.
http://www.123dj.com/packages/pa/index.html
If you want to do announcements, etc. you will need a microphone as well.
If you need any clarification, please feel free to ask.

Hello,
I just need a little clarification. The Denon DN-S1000 turntables have
built in CD players. So, if I play a CD on there it will play in the
speakers, correct? Also, if I bought that speakers at
http://www.123dj.com/packages/pa/gemsys5.html would I need ot buy any
cables to hook up my iDJ mixer to that? Finally, I need to make sure
that the Denon DN-S1000 is not a real turntable. They are diigtal,
correct? So that you need no record, you just move them and they
scratch. Please clarify that.
Thank you for the great answer.

Howdy Jeff,
Strictly speaking, the Denon DN-S1000 is not a "real" turntable, that is,
something that plays (vinyl) records. They are, as you outline, a CD
player, but with the capability of doing scratching, reverse effects,
manual/auto BPM (Beats Per Minute) settings, and more.
The Denon DN-S1000 are indeed digital, and all you need to do is to put
in a CD or a CD with MP3 files, and you can scratch and play away.
The PA package that you reference includes:
- Two Gemsound Range 238, 1000 watt speakers
- Gemsound SA-158 1500 watt amplifier
Even though 123dj.com provides the cables that connect the amplifier to
the speakers, it does not appear they provide the RCA cables that would
go from the iDJ mixer to the amplifier, so you would still need to pick
the 3 sets of RCA cables.
If it were me, and I was buying the PA package from them, I would ask
them to throw in a set of RCA cables as a bonus. Their cost of these
cables is minimal.

Thank you very much. Your answers were terrific. Finally, can you
please find out the dimensions (width and height) of the Gemsound
spekaers at http://www.123dj.com/packages/pa/gemsys5.html .
Do you think they're loud enough to get a party going?
Thanks.

Howdy Jeff,
The Gem Sound website provides the dimensions of their Range-238 speakers.
http://www.gemsound.com/products_speakers-range_range238.html
51"H x 21"W x 16.5"D
Theu are "hefty" at 99 pounds each. With a 1500 Watt amplifier and with a
rating of 1000 Watts on the speakers, these should be plenty loud.

Apologies. In my original answer, "wbsite" should be "website" and in my
second clarification, "Theu" should be "They" instead.
