I am looking for great tutorials on creating good-looking web sites.
By this I specifically want details the graphical side of this.

Please look at :
www.iconbuffet.com
www.webdesignfromscratch.com
www.linkedin.com
www.squarespace.com

First and foremost, they all look great. I am interested in how they
made the gradient buttons, the 3D-looking parts.

I basically want tutorials showing me how to create the effects shown

Any help greatly appreciated!
