If an American corporation makes no net profit (although it does make
a gross profit), does it have to file with the IRS to pay corporate
income tax?  If it does, what form must be filed?  Please provide a
link to to the IRS website where this
information is included.

Yes they must file.  The just wont have an money due (income tax anyways).
