I need only archival material from Texas repositories. I am focusing
on three cities--Austin, Houston, and San Antonio. The main aquifer
for Austin and San Antonio is the Edwards Aquifer. Houston used
groundwater until it tapped the surface water of the San Jacinto River
in the 1940s. A problem for Houston is subsidence. A Library of
Congress heading is "Groundwater--Law and Legislation-Texas. The
archives in Texas usually have online finding aids.

publiuslex-ga,

Can you clarify what it is you'd like from us?

Most archive material is...in the archives! Are you expecting someone
to visit the archives in Austin, etc. and make photocopies, and
somehow get them to you?

Do you just want us to identify relevant materials that you could then
get yourself?

Or, if none of the above, then what...?

Thanks,

pafalafa-ga

I need to find out if they have anything that might help me. If they
do not have a finding aid or it is insufficient, then maybe an email
to the archive. Here is a list: National Archives, Univ. of Texas at
Austin, Texas A&M, Texas State Library and Archives, Texas Tech
University, Houston Public Library. I will go to the archives in
person. I am trying to find out what they have so I can plan the
onsite research. Thanks.
